The Hilltoppers have tightened things up defensively a bit here of late, as they’ve scored six of the game’s last eight points to take an early five-point edge.

WKU now shooting 6 of 14 from the floor with four turnovers, while BGSU is 4 of 14 with five turns.

Kahlil McDonald entered after the first media timeout, his first appearance since being left behind at Memphis. He hoised a 30-foot airball and was promptly replaced.

Stephon Drane was the first man off the bench tonight, and has once again played hard early.

Sergio Kerusch will be at the line shooting two after the break.
